Wigs by Tips, San Francisco’s premier wig styling atelier, has been serving innovative, hand-styled creations to the Bay Area and beyond since 2016. With clients across the spectrum of drag, burlesque, fashion and performance art. Wigs by Tip’s work has recently been featured on RuPaul’s Drag Race, the films Happiest Season (2020) and Eat the Rainbow (2019), as well as The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Special.
Known for her incisive style sense and incredible bespoke creations, designer Laundra Tyme is the founder and creative force behind Wigs by Tips. A veteran of the San Francisco drag scene in her own right, this folk-singing drag queen, Tyme served as Wig Master for Beach Blanket Babylon, the longest-running live theater revue in history, and is Wig Designer for San Francisco Playhouse.
