All Wigs by Tips orders are prepared and shipped with love and care. All orders are prepared and processed within 6-8 days. Shipping charges are calculated at check out based on the delivery location and requested delivery speed. All delivery speeds are estimates only, no guarantee is made or implied.
Please allow additional time for international orders to process through your customs office (which vary from country to country). Wigs by Tips has no control over the speed at which an order clears customs, however we make every effort to ensure that orders are packaged properly so as to not experience additional clearance delays.

Wigs by Tips will declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. Wigs by Tips will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us for any reason we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable.}
